Show Notes:
When many people think of meditation, they often picture someone sitting on the floor, pointer fingers connected to thumbs, chanting OM. Of course this is one way to meditate, but there are so many others you can choose from to find what works best for YOU! Just like exercising your muscles, meditation is a way to exercise your mind, tune in to what you are feeling and what you need. Another great way of thinking about meditation is tidying up your mind and taking out the mental clutter that piles up. Whether you have tried meditation or not, this episode is an opportunity to tune in to what type of meditation feels best for you right now, and mark time on your schedule to meditate before you finish listening to this episode! This is part 1: the basics, the misconceptions, and the benefits YOU will receive through meditation. Keep an eye out for Part 2 when we dive deeper, set intentions, and take action!
